1. Order Processing & Payment Terms



All products are custom sourced and made to order. Processing begins only after full payment has successfully cleared.


Please allow 2–3 business days for payment processing and 10–14 business days for order fulfillment prior to shipment.


Hair By Drea J reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.





2. Shipping Policy



Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.


Hair By Drea J is not responsible for:


  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout



Customers are responsible for verifying all shipping information before completing their purchase.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products and sanitary guidelines within the hair extension industry, Hair By Drea J does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

5. Chargeback & Fraud Protection



Hair By Drea J takes fraudulent disputes seriously.


By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the matter.


Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with all supporting documentation including order confirmation, tracking details, delivery confirmation, IP address verification, and payment authorization records.
